This program was signed on the cover at a 1964 testimonial dinner by Gene Tunney and Jack Dempsey, the featured combatants in the famed "Long Count" fight of 1927. Both autographs are inscribed to our consignor, who obtained the signatures personally, and it's also signed by Clarence Muse, the actor who played Joe Louis in the "Spirit of Youth." There are some scratches on the front cover but the mostly ad-filled pages are in MINT condition. Tunney was knocked down during the legendary bout, but Dempsey did not immediately go to a neutral corner, delaying the referee's 10-count. Tunney recovered and went on to retain the title in a unanimous decision. Comes with PSA LOA.
