Only 16 players have ever slugged four home runs in a Major League game, and on July 31, 1954, at Ebbets Field, Milwaukee Braves first baseman Joe Adcock etched his name into the record books by becoming the seventh man to achieve the feat. This program was sold in Brooklyn that day and it is scored in pencil inside. The 6x10" program is in EX-MT condition. Adcock went 5-5 that afternoon with a double and seven runs driven in. His 18 total bases remained a National League record until Shawn Green bettered it in 2002 - ironically in Milwaukee.
