Splendid graphics in this cardboard sign feature an attractive montage of the members of the 1942 Chicago White Sox, including Luke Appling, stars of the team, and scintillating action poses. In heavy stock cardboard, it advertises Chicago's beloved "L" Train which stands for "Elevated" Train, one of the few such train systems known in the United States outside New York.
