A contingent of 64 Cardinals players, coaches, front office personnel and wives made a goodwill tour of Japan a week after losing the 1968 World Series to the Tigers. This St. Louis Cardinals baseball is in incredible, like new, and boasts signatures from the Tokyo Giants. In brilliant black ink, the autographs are extremely crisp, and included are Japanese baseball legends Sadaharu Oh and Manager Tetsuharu Kawakami. The signatures are in Japanese, and the players have helpfully added their uniform numbers.
