Inverness Club is a golf course which has hosted four U.S. Opens, two U.S. Senior Opens, two PGA Championships, and a U.S. Amateur. This is its first year first ever championship trophy silver bowl. Made of silver plate by Poole Silver Co., it reads "1903 Inverness Consolation Won By Brand Whitlock." The three-handled pitcher with ornate scroll work measures 5.25" high and has one ding, no other flaws. Whitlock became a celebrated Mayor of Toledo and has a statue dedicated to him (see postcard).
