This is a three-page agreement of then World Heavyweight Champion Muhammad Ali regarding an interim fight to be done prior to November 30, 1977. That would have been Ali's fight with Earnie Shavers on September 29, 1977, in which Ali successfully defended his title. This agreement was made between Ali and Hall Of Fame boxing promoter Bob Arum.
