Play ball! A trio of rare and desirable die-cut Opening Day tickets are available in this lot, each PSA encapsulated. 1) A ticket from April 15, 1941, featuring the Brooklyn Dodgers hosting the New York Giants at Ebbets Field. It bears a beautiful cutout image of a catcher in stance, the rain check stub is present but listed as "reattached." No rating, presents beautifully. 2) Full ticket for April 19, 1940, opener also featuring Dodgers at Giants, with opposite ends forming a baseball and catcher's glove. This is rated as PR 1 but presents much better, as the rating is largely due to paper loss on the verso and a couple of creases. 3) April 21, 1939, opener with the Syracuse Chiefs hosting the Montreal Royals at Municipal Stadium. Full ticket is rated NM 7, each side has been punched as "VOID," as nice an example of this specimen as you're likely to find on the market.
