A 19th century classic, this lidded stein was manufactured by O'Hara Dial Co. of Waltham, Massachusetts, and bears its fleur-de-lis insignia on the bottom. It is hand-painted in amber tones and depicts a pair of players in football pose, one prepared to snap the ball to the other, in front of a pastoral setting. A nice touch of both football history and Americana, there is a slight chip on the handle but the piece is still in EX condition.
