An obvious choice for the 1972 Summit Series Team Canada roster, Bobby Orr attended the highly publicized training camp and took part in pre-tournament play. However, that nagging knee problem kept Orr out of the eight-game rumble and although he appears in the official team photo, Bobby did not log any ice time. As an official member of the team, Bobby was outfitted with a complete set of uniforms and the windbreaker offered here. The red maple leaf rises up from the waist below the “Team Canada Equipe” logo embroidered onto the left breast. Inside, matching red script spells out “B. Orr” identifying this jacket as one belonging to the greatest blueliner ever to play the game. Measures out to a size 46 to 48. In excellent condition.
