Candid and revealing, this image is of Muhammad Ali having his hands taped for his 1967 bout with Zora Folley, who was the last man to face Ali before his three-year exile from boxing. This 2.25" format from-the-camera original negative, is on Kodak Safety film. Comes with Type I contact print, negative has brilliant color and great detail, in NM-MT condition. The original negatives and images in this collection are by the personal photographer of Ali's manager Herbert Muhammad. Unpublished, they have not seen the light of day for five decades. Recently discovered, they come with the photographer’s rights. All of the negs/transparencies are unique, “Type I” images that can be used to make prints and products of the finest quality and huge scale.
