Extremely rare, this is an original Shea Stadium specimen that we have only seen once or twice before. The 2x3.5" bolt-style badge is for the original opening of Shea, circa 1964. Looking like a classic NYC policeman’s badge from the era, it sports a pure 19th century look. While it could use a bit of polishing to make it look more "MINT," we have decided to leave it just as it is with the dirt from Shea that lined the feet of Kranepool and Stengel, resting firmly in its intricacies.
