It was a sad ending to a storied career. Muhammad Ali, just shy of his 40th birthday, wanted one more shot in the ring and he got it, facing Trevor Berbick in Nassau, Bahamas, on Friday, December 11, 1981. This rare on-site poster measures 14.5x18.5" and billed the fight as "Drama in Bahama" (sic). Each fighter is pictured below his name, there are some small tears at the edges, and lines from where the coated-paper stock poster has been folded. Still, the colors and images remain bright and clear, and it is in VG-EX condition. The heart of a champion carried Ali through 12 tough rounds, but Berbick was too young and too fast for "The Greatest" on that night, earning a unanimous decision.
