A major find, this is the first identified Cuban baseball cabinet photo that we have seen. This gentleman, obviously a serious looking player, is Emilio Dihigo of the Alendares (?) team. This hig-quality studio cabinet photograph is obviously from a well-to-do Cuban family. Gorgeous original mount with embedded gold lettering reads "Habana" along with other information. It is unknown if this 19th century Dihigo is related to Martin, but we would not be surprised.
