One of the Negro League greats, Javier "Blue" Perez is shown here as a member of the Oriente BBC, and the postcard is inscribed in fountain pen. Perez was known for his slick play with such classic teams as the NY Cubans, Bacharach Giants, Homestead Grays & Brooklyn/Newark Eagles. There is a corner crease, otherwise in EX condition. One of the best to ever come out of the Dominican Republic, he is a tough, if not impossible, signature.
