In addition to his work in the world of sports, LeRoy Neiman secured his fame through a decades-long association with Hugh Hefner's Playboy Magazine. This lot covers Neiman's "Entertainment for Men" period and includes celebrity covers such as Pam Anderson, Cindy Crawford, and more. In addition, Neiman was the creator of the famed Femlin character, which remains a staple on Playboy's Party Jokes page to this day. There are about 40 issues of the magazine including covering the 1950s-90s, some with Femlins and other with art work. All work was done by Neiman, who also signed three of the covers.
