What a beautiful pair of ceramic mugs, featuring artwork from famed Illustrator Earl Christy. Sold as a pair, They stand 5" tall and feature representations of collegiate athletes circa 1907. One, depicting a University of Pennsylvania football player, has some paint loss to one handle but is otherwise in EX condition, with the opposite side displaying the Penn crest. The other, oddly with a similar football-lace design, depicts a Harvard University pitcher in wind-up, with "Stillson's" gracing the opposite side and is also in EX condition, even better than its companion.
