Three hands are better than one - especially when they're on a championship cup. This three-handled cup is circa 1910 and is made of copper while the handles appear to be pewter. Crossed bats and baseball are acid etched on to the front along with the name of the manufacturer, "Wm. Read & Sons Championship Cup" (Wm. Read & Sons was a Boston sporting goods store) and "Won By" is also on the front of the cup, which measures 8" in height. Alas, that space is blank, thus this cup was never awarded, but it remains a winner nonetheless.
