The Ancient Mariner wore this official 1982 Seattle home jersey that has "Mariners 36" on the front and "PERRY 36" on the back. Showing light use with a Rawlings size 46 and Set 1 1982 flag tag on the front tail, it is signed on the front with the added notation: "Game Used." During that very season, Gaylord was using a new jersey every game or so as he compiled a 10-12 record and 4.40 ERA. The lot also includes a blue and gold equipment bag that was used during the 1982 season by Perry. It shows nice use although the zipper is no longer functional.
