The 1964 Topps Stand-Ups set is easily one of the most popular specialty sets of the 1960's. This was the first set of die-cuts since the 1951 Topps All-Stars. The simple green and yellow background gives life and depth to the die-cut players. Considering the dark green, which is very susceptible to chipping, as well as the possibility of the die-cuts coming apart makes this set very difficult to find in high grade. Highlights include Aaron VG, Banks GD, Clemente VG-EX, Kaline EX, Killebrew EX, Koufak VG-EX, Mantle VG, Mays VG, Robinson EX, Spahn VG-EX, Yastrzemski VG. Overall the set grades VG-EX.
