The first of it's kind that we've seen, this pristine, highest grade, sepia real photo is advertising for the 1919 World Series Champions, "beaters" of the disgraced Black Sox, all seated in the Wurlitzer Musical Studio with Manager Pat Moran casually seated in the center but still looking like royalty seated on a throne. A World Championship photo for one of the most pivotal sports events in history, all the players are identified with their name, and you can tell that they wrote in "black" on the original negative because it appears "white." Includes Magee, Luque, Daubert, Ruether, Roush, Groh, Wingo, Bressler etc. Also reads in white, "Cincinnati Reds Pennant Winners - 1919 - National League." The photograph is mounted on board and is of exceptional quality, consisting of the highest resolution and clarity. Measures 7x11" and in NRMT condition.
