You da man! This silver-plated serving tray manufactured by the Sheffield Silver Company was presented to Hall of Fame pitcher Gaylord Perry for winning the 1972 American League Cy Young Award. The tray - which is 26.5" long from ear to ear - is engraved at the center: "Presented To Gaylord Perry 'Man of the Year' 1972 by the Baseball Writers Association Cleveland Chapter." Six years later, Perry would make baseball history by becoming the first pitcher to win the Cy Young Award in both leagues, turning the trick with San Diego.
