According to the Hall of Fame hurler, he wore several jerseys that night vs. the Yankees, but this is the very one on his back during that final inning when Perry retired Rick Cerone, Larry Milbourne and Willie Randolph in order to reach the milestone. It has been in his possession ever since that day and comes with an LOA from Perry himself. The home M's jersey has "Mariners 36" on the front, "PERRY" sewn on a plate on the back with "36" below, and it is signed on the front: "Gaylord Perry 1982 Game Used."
