A rare keepsake from over 60 years ago is the Milan High School yearbook, which commemorates the 1953-54 state champion Milan Indians basketball team that stunned the state by upsetting much larger Muncie High School for the hoops crown, serving as inspiration for the movie "Hoosiers." The black-covered "Tattler" belonged to Indians basketball player Bob Engel and was his personal copy. He and his proud teammates are featured inside, as several pages are dedicated to the historic event and the kids that made it happen. The book is in EX condition.
