1972 marked the prime of thoroughbred Key to the Mint's career. Though the 3-year-old colt did not run in the Kentucky Derby and was an also-ran in the other legs of the Triple Crown, he did take home some hardware that year. Key to the Mint boasted seven race wins that year, including the Withers Stakes at Belmont Park. This commemorative plate was presented to the winning jockey and could now be yours. It reads: "THE WITHERS BELMONT PARK 1972 WON BY ROKEBY STABLES' KEY TO THE MINT RIDDEN BY BRAULIO BAEZA" surrounding a NYRA logo. Comes with the original stand.
