The mid-1950s marked the middle of Richie Ashburn's illustrious career, and this Hillerich & Bradsby model G7 bat was used in that period by the Phillies Hall of Famer. In 1953, Ashburn was selected to his third All-Star Game and led the league in hits (205). Two years later, in 1955, he had the best average in the majors (.338). This is a super tough bat to acquire and shows really nice use with seam impressions on the barrel. Measures 34" and weighs 35.2 ounces. Handle is cracked and repaired, as is slight dead wood on the back of the barrel.
