This historically important set pictures six members of the Hammond Pros of the early NFL in professional studio images and poses. These look to have come out of a file and may have been used for a yearbook, programs or some other type of team publication. We have identified only one, George Berry (left guard) because it is spelled wrong on the photo as "Barry." All have "Hammond Pros" written on them in vintage ink. Some have staple holes and other wear and back damage (on top). Photos of this early NFL team are few and far between so anything of them is like manna from heaven. Measures 6.5x4.25". Some pretty important men came through Hammond, including Fritz Pollard and George Halas.
