From the movie, "Pride of the Yankees" comes this poster from its original 1949 Japanese release after the end of WWII and the recent death of Babe Ruth. Exhibits a full color image of Gary Cooper as Lou Gehrig, in his Yankees uniform and with his wife, played by Teresa Wright. The theater has inserted a movie "still" photo of Babe Ruth cavorting on the train to the field of action in the "blank" where you could write the name of the theater. Great full color images, wonderful intricate detail, this piece measures 9.5x20.5" and is folded but otherwise in EX-MT condition.
