The 1930-31 season was a historic one for Notre Dame football, not just because they won the National Championship, but because it was the last championship that Knute Rockne ever won. This metallic letter holder features a football on the front with raised facsimile autographs of the 1930-31 National Championship team. Knute Rockne is pictured at the center on the front in the football with facsimile signatures. On the back in raised lettering are the game scores of the three consecutive Championship seasons. This letter holder was made by H.J. Yaley of South Bend, Indiana, and is in Excellent condition.
