This resplendent silver plate trophy is one of the nicer ones ever made. A regal batter stands atop a striking silver baseball incised "Toledo City League Champions 1928." Won by the best team from the athletic league at the high school level, given by the athletic conference that was formed in 1926 and comprises the six high schools in Toledo. Tall, 22" high, ornate silver plate statue with a heavy-duty Bakelite base, it is in excellent condition with only a few tiny dings, with wonderful silver eagles to guard appropriately.
