The one and only plaque presented to Cy Young upon his Induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. Brown leather frame is lovingly deco-rated and imprinted in gold leaf, "National Baseball Hall of Fame...Cooperstown, N.Y." Frame is custom-cut to fit the dome-topped plaque that honors the man they named pitching greatness after. Image of the plaque inside is a real photograph and details his amazing baseball story from his winning 500 over games to his perfect game. These metal plaques were hung in the Hall of Fame's museum gallery while this version was pre-sented to players only. This is only the second one we have seen sold with the other being Jackie Robinson. 12x10". EX+.
