A pair of classic items comprise this lot: 1) 1940 Wedgewood piece is from a series of 12, this is the only football. Superb WPA illustration by "Benton M. Spruance class of 27'" as the series used all alumni artists from the University of Penn. 2) 1929 Franklin Filed image is dated and in the classic wedgewood flow blue. First we have seen, both are mint and measure 10.25" in diameter.
