The fight was on October 5, 1952 in Havana with Gavilan successfully defending his world welterweight title by 15 round decision. Beautiful signature with his nickname Kid Chocolate and also his real name, Eligio Sardinas. Another signature that day from perhaps his famous companion in Havana, Cuba. The ringside ticket is folded with minor staining and edge wear, but nice otherwise and the signatures are in NM condition.
