Two years before the merger between the WHA and NHL, hockey legend Gordie Howe used this terrific stick in the World Hockey Association All-Star Game Game that was played at the Hartford Coliseum on January 18, 1977. The date and location is nicely chronicled on blue electrotape. Howe gave this to local scout Dave Brewer and signed it that day: "Best Regards Gordie Howe."
