Eleven men have walked on the lunar surface, beginning with Neil Armstrong in 1969 and concluding with Gene Cernan in 1972. Both astronauts signed this June 24, 1975 program for Mad Anthony's 18th Annual Hoosier Celebrities Golf Tournament in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The front cover is signed in 9/10 blue ballpoint and both men are listed in the program as celebrity guests. The signatures - which were obtained in person at the tournament - rate 9/10 while the program has a fold down the center but is otherwise is in EX condition.
