This classic baseball panoramic features members of the Pittsburgh Pirates all in a line wearing their gorgeous 1925 "World Champion" patches. The photo is by Trinity Court Studio with blind cartouche of "R.W Johnston OCT 6-25." All of the players depicted are identified including Carey, Cuyler, McKechnie, Clarke and Pie Traynor at the end. It displays a couple of tears and tiny holes, but the contrast is PERFECT. Of all of the 1925 Pirates panoramas that have come our way, this is one of, if not the finest, specimen we have seen. This is in terms of quality, contrast, mise-en-scene and those darn unreal 1925 patches. Framed and matted to 11.5x25.5" with picture measuring approx 6.5x20".
