This item is an extremely unusual window card for the "Public Auction Sale" at Ned's Record Shop in Berlin, MD. They are auctioning off the entire inventory on one side. On the other side they are selling outright record albums including: "Swing, Hillbilly, Blues...Collectors Records." We have never seen anything like this. Found at a little antique shop in Berlin MD, it measures 14x22". Ned is pictured with the phrase "Honesty is Our Policy." Perpetual calendar likely dates this to 1941, making this the day before Pearl Harbor. Condition looks like the Japanese may have gotten to it as well.
