"Get yah tickets hee-yah!" That exclamation undoubtedly emanated from behind this section of the old ticket window at Fenway Park in Boston. Standing 40" tall at its largest end and 17" at the short end, the chunk measures 46" wide and consists of eight panels of various sizes comprising an overall triangular shape. Six of the eight window panels are covered in blue paint and two are open. The paint is original and understandably chipped, but that only adds to its authenticity and allure. Sandwiched into neighborhood streets near Kenmore Square, Fenway Park opened its doors three weeks after the Titanic sank in April of 1912. The home of the Red Sox is the oldest ballpark in the Major Leagues and this small piece of its is a piece of hallowed ground.
