One of the most dominant pitchers in baseball history, Walter "Big Train" Johnson signed this official Barnard Baseball exclusively in fountain pen right on the sweet spot, with the signature grading 5 out of 10. The ball is an even cream tone with strong stampings and is in EX+ condition. A 417-game winner who compiled a super-stingy 2.17 lifetime ERA, Johnson was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1936 as was part of the original induction class. He spent his entire 21-year career pitching for the Washington Senators, a team for whom he later managed. The ball comes with a PSA/DNA full letter. Johnson singles continue to rise in value as fast as he threw the ball.
