This stunning art poster is from the Richard Merkin Collection. Masterful graphics in marvelous colors is "organized 1914." Full-body image of a colorful clown in full regalia wearing baseball cleats. Overall 47" x 20.5". This is the only specimen known to exist. The clowns traditionally barnstormed with Negro League baseball teams. This piece is from the collection of artist, writer & collector extraordinaire Richard Merkin, a dear old friend of Lelands. Richard passed away in 2009 and we sorely miss him.
