One of the finest Jackie Robinson bats extant. Spectacular Hillerich & Bradsby was take out of service by Jackie on June 27, 1954 after he separated the wood ever so slightly and took a tiny piece out of the back of the barrel during this game against the Cardinals. The bat has been notated by the gentlemen who got it right after the inci-dent and carved this into the bat just below the center brand. The bat is 35" in length, 35 ounces, with 1950s markings and is a model S100. It is next to impossible to find a vintage bat that can be placed in the hands of a player on a specific day. Let alone for a player of the stature of Jackie Robinson. The perfect Jackie Robinson Game Used Bat.
