The 2004 Mountain State University men's basketball team captured the NAIA championship, defeating Concordia of California, 74-70 and this Size 11 ring was awarded to the transportation director for the team and is engraved inside: "Jimmy Roach." The face of the ring features MSU in blue against a field of cubic zirconias with NAIA on one side and 2004 on the other. The left shank depicts a ball going through a hoop with "ROACH" along the team's record of 38-7. The right shank reads: "MOUNTAIN STATE UNIVERSITY," a Wildcat and the score of the game. The ring is in NRMT condition. The school closed its doors last year.
