With so many talented players ahead of him in the pecking order, Brooklyn outfielder Cal Abrams was relegated to reserve duty for most of his time in the Dodgers organization. One year before he would make his big-league debut, Abrams signed this first-year (minors) contract, along with general manager Branch Rickey. The contract has typical fold lines from being in an envelope and the signatures grade 9 out of 10.
