Before they became the Nuggets, the professional basketball team in Denver was known as the Rockets. This purple warm-up suit trimmed in gold and white was worn by American Basketball Association player Dave Robisch, who was at the center of one of the infamous trades in ABA history, as Denver landed megastar Dan Issel from the Kentucky Colonels on October 8, 1975. The number 25 is written in black marker with the fabulous old ABA logos and look. Ironically, Denver reacquired Robisch in 1980 and he played his last three seasons as Issel's backup on the Nuggets.
