This Wilson home pinstripe flannel jersey is all-original and from the last season prior to the major leagues branching out to divisions with the 1969 expansion of the Padres, Expos, Angels and Pilots. This particular top features the familiar Cub patch on the left sleeve and Sesquicentennial one-year patch on the right sleeve. The uniform number of 34 was likely assigned to a player in Spring Training since no one on the season roster was issued the digits. Regardless, this is a beautiful example of a vintage pinstripe uniform. The 1968 Cubs finished the campaign at 84-78, good for third place in the league standings.
