Roy White played his entire, 15-year Major League career in pinstripes, and in 1970 he wore this beautiful road gray, flannel Yankees jersey with NEW YORK on the front and his familiar #6 on the reverse. There's a chain-stitched strip tag in the collar reading "White 70-40" and the item was signed in perfect blue Sharpie. The jersey is in perfect condition with no alterations, just good wear overall, including a stain on the back. There is a Wilson 40 Tag in the front tail. A switch-hitting right fielder, White was named to two All-Star teams and set an American League record with 17 sacrifice flies during the 1971 season.
