Pittsburgh won that playoff game, 24-19 over a wild-card Gang Green team that was attempting to defeat three straight division champions on the road. Clark and the Steelers, meanwhile, dropped a hard-fought Super Bowl decision to the Green Bay Packers, 31-25 two weeks later in Dallas.
