Wayne Gretzky made his professional debut for the Indianapolis Racers in 1978-79. This jersey was there on the ice with the “Great One.” Blaine Stoughton’s road (blue) durene jersey is offered here with the thick twill Racers logo on the front and Stoughton’s alternate captain’s “A” sewn on the left chest. Rawlings size 50 tag in the neck. A few stick marks across the front with a large un-repaired hole on the lower right front. The original blue lace remains in the lace-up collar. A few board burns and paint transfers are scattered across each sleeve. Stoughton’s name is screened onto a name-length nameplate above the number “7” on the back. Small loop style fight strap sewn inside the back with light pilling inside each sleeve.
