Obviously a one-off prototype as it was a proposed limited edition run (this one numbered "NHL, 5000/5000") and no others have surfaced. Produced with quality workmanship by Jostens, makers of Stanley Cup Rings for the NHL, with their stamp at the base. In excellent condition.
