Thomas "Tommy" Hearns is a retired American professional boxer. Nicknamed the "Motor City Cobra" and more famously "The Hitman," Hearns became the first boxer to win world titles in four divisions. Offered here is an original fight-worn robe used by Thomas "Hitman" Hearns early in his career (pre-1980). This is an original green satin with gold trim robe. Includes the gold sash. Approximately knee length. On the back in gold script lettering are the words, "Thomas Hearns Detroit Motor City Hit Man. On the front there is a manufacturer's label for Everlast. Robe shows wear, but is perfectly intact with no holes or tears. Generally clean. The exact fight it was used in is unknown. LOA from Craig Hamilton of JO Sports, Inc.
