In 1988, Bronx native BJ Surhoff was in his second season of what would be a solid 19-year Major League career. This road gray double-knit pullover jersey sports the word "Milwaukee" written in royal blue script with yellow trim above Surhoff's number "5." His number is also on the back of the jersey (no name) and the tagging inside indicates that it is an Official Rawlings, size 44, a separate tag indicates "SET 1 - 1988," and "88 SURHOFF" is stitched on a separate plate below. The left shoulder bears a 3" patch with "HK" separated by a baseball bat, in memory of Manager Harvey Kuenn, who passed away on February 28, 1988. Surhoff's signature on the front is in 8.5/10 black Sharpie, top shows nice use and is in EX condition.
